Pakistan Railway And Royal Palm Issue Detail

We have heard that the Lahore High Court has  issued and given notices to that of the Pakistan Railways authorities. A petition was filed by the Royal Palm Golf and also by its Country Club’s management. They have put this charge on the Pakistan Railways authorities that they have violated the previous orders of the court.

Allegation put by the Royal Palm Golf club and Country Club’s management

It is reported by the Barrister Syed Ali Zafar who is leading the case of club management. He told the court that the Pakistan Railways authorities ar not unsealing the administrative block of this club. He further told the court that the railways police had been still deployed right at the club. It has been urged by the counsel that they should be initiating a contempt of court proceedings and cases right against the minister of railways and also against its secretary as well as inspector general of police because they have violated this order.

Now Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza has issued notices right to the respondents. It was also heard that the  judge had provisionally and on a temporary basis allowed and permitted the Royal Palm Golf and also the Country Club’s management to have a display of their sporting facilities. The judge allowed the Country Club’s management that they can run their other services and that too without disturbing the Pakistan railway  possessions.

It is finalized that now that sporting facilities and all of the other services will be managed right by the petitioner’s club/management so that their integrity and their standard of services can be protected.
