It is a fact that these Special Children Educational Institutes are working with quite sincerity and honesty. We should be proud on their working list of special education schools in lahore. Let us accept these special children and start considering them as normal children. If more of the Special Children Educational Institutes will start working in Lahore or in some other city of Pakistan, we will let you. You should also contribute to this noble cause.
I am happy to see many institutions catering to needs of these children. However, I was concerned with the chosen names for a couple of them. I.e. 1 Chaman Centre for Mentally Retarded Children; and 2 Institute for Disadvantaged Children
It is best to avoid using words as “retarded” and “disadvantaged” in the schools names’, kind of rubbing it in the face of these special kids. We want the kids to feel proud about themselves and their schools (including the names). As is, many have low self esteem due to their circumstances, and such negative names do not help them.
Again, I am glad to see efforts in Pakistan towards inclusion in society of the most vulnerable segments of population.

I have a son which is called delayed child in term of medical. He is weak mentally as well as sound not Cleary. he is now 18 years old mashallah. i have done his schooling by private school among normal children but now his matric result is not passed. now i m worried about his future. which field has to choose for himself. Kindly guide me if any body have any guidance about this or have any case like this.he is not totally abnormal as well as not totally normal. what to do with this type of children.
