Just wanted to complain about the staff management that why the management forcing employees for the overtime, this is not fair because if someone is studying in the evening classes then they would not be able to work in the late hours and the management should manage these all of the issues at their end otherwise it will create issues for the employees so request you to please think about it.
I am also requesting those employees who just left the job of the orange train due to the working in a late hour you all should complain the government about this issue that why the management forcing employees to work in late hours.

Hi concern,
I wanted to place the complain of duty staff of Orange line train Station “Salah Ud Din”.
They harshly behave like they commit their duties free of cost. Female security staff always busy on her phone and male staff behavior was so rude also they don’t know the importance of time how ridiculous.
It’s a fabulous train system designed for developed nations, but unluckily the staff (most of them if not all) are careless bunch of ethnic centered personnel most of whom are found sleeping and letting prohibited goods to certain people. This malpractice should immediately be checked for assuring the safe journey in this countries where terrorist activities are becoming more and more frequent. I recommend the chinese citizens to be watchful and alert to keep the system function impeccably. Best regards.

I want to complain about staff of orange train gpo station. Today when I got of from train at gpo station there was no one who got of with me. I was the only passenger there (on that side) the one staff member (male) there standing at the door try to harras me as he started singing song and he tried to stop me by bringing his hand in front of me and there was other male staff also but no one have said anything to him or stopped him. Also there was no female staff to whom I can complain about him. This is such a ridiculous behaviour I want you to do something about this.
I hope there would be something done about this.

I waited almost 05 minutes but he asked again and again !wait a minute! and reluctant to recharge my card despite repeated verbal requests.
