Such kind of training should keep on taking place. It will be through these training that teachers and Principals will know how to handle and manage the issues of schools and colleges. It is a great step taken by PHEC and we hope that in future, more and more such kinds of training will be taking place. It is because of lack of training of Principals that they fail to make their colleges a productive one. With the initiative of these training, the management of colleges will work in a productive way.
