This Hailey College of Commerce is one of the constituent colleges of PU that offer programs and degrees at the undergraduate level and graduate levels and also at post-graduate levels.
It was created on March 4, 1927 and it is one of the oldest and specialized kind institutions which is linked with field of commerce. Its new campus was made in year of 1981 and this college has approximately and about 3000 students.

This college is now offering admissions in programs of B.Com (Hons) and M.Com, program of M.Phill, Phd and also admissions in Diploma courses in subjects of Cost and Management Accounting, Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development and also PhD in Commerce
