4 onions, 3 eggs, Flour 2 table spoon, corn flour 2 table spoon. Bread crumbs and salt 2 tablespoon, Black pepper and Red chilies, cooking oil.

  • First, you have to cut down the onions. Make sure that you cut the onions in such a way that they come out large in pieces. These onions have to be cut down in ring form. Better they will be in ring form, better they will come out in a crispy form.
  • After this, you have to take an egg white and then add in it some salt, black pepper along with red chilies. It is up to you what-what kind of taste you want to have! When this mixture will be made, then you will have to add those onion ring pieces in it too. Just mix this mixture fully. This paste of egg, black pepper, salt and red chilies should be applied properly to the onion rings. After this, you also have to add 2 table spoon of milk in it as well.


  • After mixing the milk, you then have to add corn flour. This is it, now take the bread crumbs. Fill those onion rings with the bread crumb mixture and put these onion rings in the oil. Fry them until these onion rings become slightly brown in color. Now, take them out and serve them.
