To make this dough, you need to have 1/4 cup of canola oil, 2/3 cup of water, 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp of kosher salt and also 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Now get start with the preparation of your Samosa Patti. First take a small bowl and then you have to whisk together it with the help flour and salt. Now you can add ghee or it can be oil. You have to mix all of this with the help of your fingers. You have to keep on mixing until and unless you see that all of the flour has been coated with fat. Make sure that a dough form should come out. The dough will look dry and also flaky.

You can then add 5 tablespoons of water so that you can loosen up this dough. Make a soft and a pliable dough. It should not be wet. After this you have to place your dough on some clean surface and start to knead it with the help of your hands for about a duration of 4 minutes.

You will see that it will come out  smooth and shiny. Now, give it a shape of small balls. After giving your dough the shape of balls, the next step is to fold your dough to start with the samosa filling.

Give your dough a chappati shape and then cut it down into two halves.  In each of the half, you can stuff whatever you want to! You can only Spoon and add 2 teaspoons of filling in a single half of dough. Now make the cone shapes of dough edges and seal them up with the use of a little water. Fry your samosas now and enjoy it!
